Newport Arm Hotel – Kalinya Street, Newport
Entry Level
This project required the extension of the existing hotel to create a new entry, gaming room and courtyard facing Kalinya Street Newport.
With a limited time frame and logistics of the hotel never closing, this project was carried out in record time, consisting of sandstone façade, gaming room, new steel entry roof and portico, out door courtyards, amenities & landscaping.
Terrace Restaurant
This project was also carried out with a limited time frame; it consisted of new Male and Female amenities, commercial kitchen, and restaurant refurbishment.
Garden Bar Bistro & shade structure
This project consisted of completely stripping the lower level of the hotel and constructing new high volume commercial kitchen, bars & amenities
We also constructed a covered indoor/outdoor alfresco area with a curved shade structured roof that extended way into the beer garden to allow for outdoor dining on rainy day.
