Large 5 bedroom houses on a step block over looking  Middle Harbour.

This project required a complete renovation of all 4 levels, including the installation of a 3 floor internal glass frameless lift to centre of entry Foyer.

This project was undertaken with the client living on separate floors of the house during construction.

The bottom floor was completely gutted of all structural walls, and steel beams and columns were installed to create a large family area opening up towards the wet edge pool, cocktail bar & media room with guest accommodation.

Consecutive floors were renovated and altered to create a contempory home including, full replacement of all windows and doors with large stacker sliders to take full advantage of the views.

Architectural features include, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms- 3 with ensuites, lime washed American oak staircase and flooring, Bluestone and marble bathrooms, cocktail bar, Glass framed internal lift, C-bus automation throughout.
